1. Clients and Locations: The process begins with client creation, where a separate profile is created for each client. Under each client, the concerned locations are created, and lease documents are uploaded or created for each specific location.

2. Abstraction, Dashboard, and Reports: Once the leases are uploaded, lease abstraction is performed by our PredioAI model, which extracts all available fields and clauses. Important functionalities, such as managing critical dates, reminders, financials, and options, can be further handled for each location separately.

The most important fields, such as rent amounts and critical dates, are displayed on the dashboard, allowing users to make informed decisions quickly. The abstracted clauses and fields can also be downloaded as reports, simplifying complex information and enabling effective progress tracking.

All of the above actions can be performed separately for each client and location, making the process more manageable.
