PredioAI Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the subscription you manage for your PredioAI account at any time if you’re not completely satisfied with PredioAI's Platform.


1. Free Trial Period:

  • New subscribers are eligible for a 7-day free trial period.
  • Access to all features is available during this trial.
  • No charges will be incurred during the trial period.


2. Subscription Start:

  • After the trial period, the subscription will automatically start and the first payment will be processed unless the subscription is cancelled.
  • The date of transition from the trial to a paid subscription will be clearly communicated to the user.


3. Cancellation During Trial:

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time during the trial period without any charges.
  • Cancellation requests must be made through account settings or by contacting our support team.
  • Upon cancellation during the trial, access to PredioAI will cease immediately.


4. Subscription Cancellation Post-Trial:

  • After the trial period, users may cancel their subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for any remaining days in the subscription period.


5. Automatic Renewal:

  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • Users must cancel before the end of the current cycle to avoid being charged for the next cycle.


6. No Refunds:

  • Payments are non-refundable, and no credits or refunds will be offered for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused.


7. Account Deactivation:

  • Upon cancellation, the account will be deactivated at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Deactivated accounts will no longer have access to PredioAI.


8. Data Retention:

  • Post-cancellation, user data will be retained for 90 days for those who wish to reactivate their subscription.
  • After this period, all user data will be permanently deleted from our servers.


9. Changes to the Policy:

  • PredioAI reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time.
  • Subscribers will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on our service.
