The AI-CoPilot is a powerful, no-code platform integrated into PredioAI that helps automate the process of lease abstraction. It learns from manual annotations made on lease document clauses and continuously improves its ability to extract and classify important clauses and obligations. Operating in *Co-Pilot Mode*, this solution assists with the abstraction process while ensuring that every task is followed by a manual review, providing accuracy and quality assurance. The AI-CoPilot excels in extracting hundreds of clauses with precision, saving time and reducing human error in the lease management process.

How AI-CoPilot Works

Navigate to the Lease Abstract Page 

To start working with AI-CoPilot, first navigate to the *Lease Abstract Page*. This page is where you’ll interact with lease documents, including uploading and viewing abstracts of your leases.

Select the Desired Clause

Once you are on the Lease Abstract Page, select the clause from the document that you would like to annotate. AI-CoPilot will automatically identify and suggest relevant clauses based on its learning.

Annotate the Clause

Annotate the selected clause by either entering a new clause name or selecting a predefined name from a list of available clauses. This allows you to label the clause for future reference, making it easier for the AI to understand and categorize the information.

Save the Annotation

After annotating the clause, click *Save* to store the annotation. This action helps train the AI model, ensuring that the system learns from the manual input and becomes better at abstracting and classifying similar clauses in future documents.

Training the AI Model

As you continue annotating clauses, the AI-CoPilot learns and adapts, incorporating your annotations into its model. This means that over time, the AI will improve its accuracy in extracting and classifying clauses, ensuring that the abstraction process becomes more seamless and efficient.

Once the AI-CoPilot is trained with your annotations, it will start to apply the learned clauses automatically to future lease documents, streamlining the abstraction process. You can continue to refine the AI's performance by periodically reviewing the manual annotations and making adjustments as necessary. The more you interact with the system, the smarter and more accurate the AI-CoPilot becomes in handling lease documents for your clients.
